BOUNDERIES

Boundaries are about the limits we establish to protect ourselves from others. They allow us to separate who we are, and what we think and feel, from the thoughts and feelings of others. They include physical, mental, psychological and spiritual boundaries, involving beliefs, emotions, intuitions and self esteem. They set the distance others are allowed to approach. Big black lines take center stage and symbolize this incoming and outgoing interaction between each of us.
